Description[]
He talks to the Protagonist early in the Neuro Tower. He seems to have a connection with the protagonists past. He is known as Koriel 12.
During the cutscene in which you kill god, it is revealed that you killed your brother - and this very well could be the protagonists brother. Strangely, he does not have a consciousness orb as the other NPCs who were close to the protagonist.

Trivia[]
Like with the other cutscenes where the protagonist speaks, Phantom's voice (and sometimes dialogue content) switches each time the world is reset.
