Trivia[]

  • The Twin Swords are the only swords that can be truly duel wielded. While the High Priestess Sword and Lovers Sword appear to be duel wielded, they are a single equip while the Twin Swords require finding two to equip.
  • In-game Sword and Coat descriptions state the ATK or DEF that is normal for that item, these stats can change (indicated by the different number in your inventory list).
  • The Cursebringer Angel can 'synthetize' all items when thrown at it. It takes two items for synthesis to take place, resulting in one 'new' item being spat out. The only exception to this are certain Idea Sephiras (Koriel -> Revolution Fluid, Bagged One -> Vampire Torturer, Horned Girl -> Identifying Bone, Longneck -> Heart Seed) which only require one item, the Crystal in question, for synthesis. It can also 'trade' Silver Bones and Gold Bones for Toy Boxes (1 Box per 3 Silver, 1 Box per 1 Gold).
  • The Cursebringer Angel can 'cook' meat and 'purify' rotten hearts and meat. It can also restore elevated/lowered stat items to their original state. Burnt meat is treated like other items.
  • It is possible to have the Cursebringer Angel 'keep' an item for next time by not finishing the synthesis (i.e. only tossing in one item). It is unknown if it is possible to retrieve the item.
  • Ways to 'burn' hearts and flesh include: Throwing normal/rotten meat onto an active fire floor, throwing normal/rotten meat near an active fire/explosion trap, and placing/throwing normal/rotten meat near an active fire disk. Both pure and rotten meat can become burnt.
  • The "Doesn't Have Box" actually only gives you an item you don't currently have from a set list of 20 items which are: Junk Coat, Puny Coat, Stamina Wings, Heart Seed, Guryu Flesh, Empty Box, Nutritive Fluid, Healing Brand, Fire Torturer, Recovery Disk, Rock Bones x4, Larva Parasite, Atonement Sword, Leather Clothes, Attack Wings, Fruit Heart, Churyu Flesh, Recovery Box, Attack Fluid, and Stamina Brand.
  • Nearly all item 'effects' activate when thrown at Meta-Beings e.g. Hearts will restore their HP, Torturers will activate from their point of origin, Storm Swords will knock them back, etc.
